cazuela de ave

Frie
cebolla
ajo
zanahoria
, cortada juliana con un poco de aceite agregas
pollo
cortado en trozos doradito,

frito eso, agrega
agua hervida
anade
porotos verdes
arroz, poco
después agregas
papas,
zapallo, en cuadritos
choclo
cuando está listo, echa encima
cilantro o perejil

Porotos Granados

porotos
zapallo - cook them in broth

olive oil
onion
bell pepper
carrot -Fry then add cooked squash (zapallo)

corn
paprika
veggie broth
salt
pepper - add

basil - top with

Vingrette

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1/2 lemon - ?
2 pressed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
salt, pepper and oregano to taste

French Salad Dressing

1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
3 garlic cloves, grated or otherwise smashed, blended, etc.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
a bit of merkén or cayenne

mix ingredients and serve with olive oil.
